Half time ng laro ng Gilas Pilipinas at India. Hindi na naman ako ma-steady sa upuan. Naisip ko pumunta na muna ng panaderia at bumili ng bagong lutong pandesal.

Not everyone loves Mondays. Students. Employees. Who else? It is usually a day after the weekend. And it means back to work, to school, stores or businesses, or what-have-yous.

Well actually he is. I'm no expert on muscles or stuffs like that, but I guess the lower extremities sometimes couldn't take much of his weight. And that makes his ankles injury-prone.

Saturday's a rest day. No Gilas game. Some wives (or husbands perhaps) were smiling. Their diehard Gilas fan spouses were in their normal selves. Hindi na nagmamadali. At medyo nakakausap na ng mabuti pagkatapos ng huling dalawang tambak na panalo natin sa Hongkong at Kuwait. Sana natuloy na yung mga naunsyaming date nung Friday. And hopefully nag-resume momentarily yung mga lovelife ng ilan.

This is it pancit. The day has come. Buhay na naman ang mga Pinoy basketball fans. It's Gilas time!
